For the first time in Azerbaijan, the International Bank of Azerbaijan (IBA) is partnering with a 9% to 15-year mortgage on a house that has not yet begun construction! The customer can also be provided with a letter of guarantee officially signed by the IBA.

It should be noted that there is an internal credit system in both construction and repair. At the time of the initial payment, the customer can pay the remaining balance for up to 36 or 60 months, provided that 25% of the total amount is paid.
